Have you ever wanted to discuss something close to the heart but ya mind just wouldn't allow you? Now, I'm not talking about any DEEP, TAKE THIS TO THE GRAVE TYPE (expletive) but just some random stuff that has been on ya mind. How you perceive a certain situation; how you handle certain relationships; how you interact with people and your views upon them. Vulnerability and perception are key concepts in this circumstance. If someone perceives your "aura" of being distorted, then that will allow you to be vulnerable. Confused? Allow me to elaborate. Case in point, you think that you should be more open with your feelings and ideologies BUT you are perceived as "THEE GIRL/GUY" that everybody loves. If you speak up a little more, then some people's perception of you may begin to change. You don't want to risk it but this has been disturbing your conscience for a minute. What would will you do? Weigh your options. You can hold you tongue and accept the ways of the world and keep your friends/peers/associates...OR....you can profess your sentiments, change perception, and face the consequences. If you loose people in the process, then you must look at the one's that are still standing, those who you KNOW are there for you. Lost baggage now as opposed to burdening backs later will result in prosperity, more often than not. Take a chance, be vocal, and live your life off the wall.
