Life's sickly-seeded twin
has caused torment from within
convoluting paths
fueling wicked wraths
all because the mind convinced
the heart to sin
A sin that was birthed in that moment
and lasted for a season
but gave no legit reason
as to why it truly began...
This battle with its twin
has made me no good friend
so, look not to me for advice
with my life, I can't even win!
Cloud nine, I was on and in
immortalilty, my mind went to ascend
but those cantankerous shackles of common men
confirmed me being nothing..but...human
